Artist performances:
Prakash Raj is all over and he has displayed his versatility to the fullest. Master Akash was confident and he made his presence felt. Radhika Apte looks beautiful and she gave a commendable act. Gollapudi Maruthi Rao was matured. Brahmanandam brought few smiles. Nasser was natural. Tanikella Bharani was apt. The others did their bit as required.
Plus points:
Prakash Raj performance
Take on the education system
First half
Minus points:
Weak screenplay
Overdose of preaching
Inconsistent scriptwork
Excessive melodrama
Impractical stand on few issues
Analysis:
This is the second directorial venture of Prakash Raj and it must be said that he has put good efforts to show his improvement. However, by taking up a deep rooted subject, it was important that the script and screenplay was strong so that the audience would get connected to it. Giving good performance alone is not sufficient. The execution of the concept is also important. Overall, this is a film which has its own bright points but few hiccups as well. At the box office, the openings will be good and it could appeal to a section of the family audience so average collections are expected.
Verdict : Could have been better
